The government authority located in Bristol, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide pre-audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for supplying cash basis trial balances, as well as preparing all necessary accrual entries to ensure final trial balances by fund are complete and ready for audit.
All data must be organized to allow an independent auditor to perform an audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Governmental Auditing Standards (GAGAS) for financial and compliance audits, including meeting all applicable specifications.
