The agency aims to gain insight into available dental practice management solutions, including their functional capabilities, deployment and support methods, and security, privacy, and user access management features. Attention will be given to how solutions can be tailored to meet Canadian post-secondary institutional governance, IT standards, and privacy frameworks, ensuring suitability for academic or teaching clinic settings. Vendors are also requested to share information on approaches to implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and their experience supporting post-secondary institutions, teaching clinics, and environments with multi-role users.
