NSAI is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive public relations and communication services to support its Marketing and Communications team and Departmental Managers. The selected agency will be responsible for developing and implementing PR and communications strategies, including stakeholder engagement, media relations, media monitoring, and press office management. Services also include social and digital management, website oversight, crisis and issues management, as well as internal communications.

The vendor will work closely with NSAI to research and draft a communications strategy aligned with the next Strategic Plan, develop and execute campaign-specific communications plans with performance reviews, and implement crisis management protocols. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the policy and political landscape, delivering updates on Oireachtas and public affairs, and promoting events through creative materials. Content creation services—including graphic design, video, and audio production—will be required for various platforms, coupled with the development and execution of a social media strategy.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years.
