(1) Vendor needs to provide PR and communication services. • Agency is seeking expert support for its Marketing and Communications team and Departmental Managers, in the following areas– Public Relations and communications strategy development– Public Relations implementation and review– Stakeholder communication and engagement– Public affairs – Media relations, media monitoring and press office management– Social and digital management, including website – Crisis and issues management– Internal communications • The successful Tenderer is expected to assist the NSAI Marketing and Communications team with– Research and drafting of a new communications strategy to reflect the next Strategic Plan– Developing and implementing communications plans for individual campaigns, to include review of campaign KPIs and targets– Developing and implementing crisis and issue management plans, including scenario planning and escalation procedures– Monitoring policy and political landscape for potential opportunities or challenges– Providing regular updates on Oireachtas affairs and Public Affairs– Event promotion, including development and deployment of creative materials where required.– Content creation, such as basic graphic design, video and audio production, for use on both paid, owned and organic channels– Developing and implementing social media strategy (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
