(1) Vendor needs to provide power platform center of excellence.– Established a low code no code centre of excellence (LCNC Coe) that includes programs salesforce core and microsoft power platform or dynamics 365.– These programs aim to enhance the state's digital capabilities by leveraging low–code and no–code platforms to deliver cost–effective, user–friendly business solutions with the goal of overall cost savings, realized efficiencies, and improved constituent services.– Provides a range of services, including reusable components, documented patterns, best practices, technical consultation, troubleshooting support, licensing and procurement support, training, Org and Environment health assessments, project auditing, inter–agency collaboration, enterprise portfolio oversight, improved platform security, and enterprise leadership with the support of the Governance and Steering Committees for Salesforce and Power Platform as well as a low cost/low barrier Maintenance and Support program for both platforms.– Establish and evolve the microsoft power platform delivery framework design, implement, and continuously refine a scalable delivery framework that promotes best practices, accelerates solution deployment, and aligns with the state of digital transformation goals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
