This notice seeks to identify qualified sources for a potential $249 million Firm–Fixed Price Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Power Construction and Services. The scope of services will cover the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility, as well as select countries outside this region, including Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Bosnia, Norway, Turkey, Slovakia, and Greenland.
The intention of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research and gather information from organizations capable of delivering significant power construction and related services in diverse and potentially challenging environments. This is not a solicitation for proposals; rather, it is meant to identify experienced and qualified organizations that can meet the anticipated project requirements for large-scale international government contracts.
