The government of Alberta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide business support solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools. The primary focus is on the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing development of two critical applications: the Critical Incident Reporting (CIR) App and the Youth in Transition (YIT) Performance Measurement Tool.

The CIR App is a secure, standardized platform designed to document, review, and analyze incidents across multiple campuses, promoting safety, transparency, and continuous improvement in care for children and youth with complex needs. The YIT Tool collects and visualizes data on young adults' outcomes, such as education, employment, housing stability, and connection to community, and directly integrates survey data from participants.

The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance and technical support for both applications, addressing bug fixes, data refresh issues, user account management, and ensuring adherence to digital standards. The vendor will be responsible for implementing enhancements that improve usability, accessibility, and reporting capabilities. Knowledge transfer and thorough documentation, including training and handover materials, will be required to support the sustainability of these digital tools.

Additionally, the selected vendor should demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) to design, develop, and deploy evolving business solutions. Expanding reporting dashboards and analytics, along with advanced visualization and filtering features, is also expected as part of this engagement.
