A Kentucky state university is seeking a vendor to provide exclusive beverage pouring rights across its campus, including all university dining, catering, and concession operations. The selected vendor will supply a nationally recognized brand of dispensed beverages for university events and daily operations. Exclusive rights extend to all dispensed beverages served on campus premises.

The vendor will be responsible for both preventive and remedial maintenance of all provided beverage equipment, following manufacturers’ guidelines. Additionally, the vendor is expected to support the university's marketing efforts by supplying promotional advertising, point-of-sale materials, branded signage, and in-kind product support. There is also an opportunity for the vendor’s logo or mutually agreed advertising to be displayed on campus.

The contract will be awarded for a five-year term. Interested vendors should prepare to address university requirements related to equipment service, beverage marketing, and campus partnership support.
