DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Akron, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive postage and mailing services. The selected provider will be responsible for printing approximately 2,950 monthly rent statements on perforated paper from an electronic file, as well as folding and inserting these statements into window envelopes supplied by the proposer. The monthly tasks also include presorting the 2,950 rent statements for mailing.

Additionally, the vendor will be required to pick up outgoing mail daily from multiple locations, ensuring it is delivered to the USPS on the same day. Outgoing mail to be presorted is estimated at 11,530 pieces per month. The provider should be able to handle special projects as needed, which may involve folding and stuffing documents into envelopes, and printing both color and black and white documents for various departments. Billing for services should be invoiced monthly, by the tenth of the following month for previous month’s services.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 23, 2026. The term of the contract will be for three years.
