(1) Vendor needs to provide post–secondary student information system.– A new SIS and financial aid software system that meet all necessary state and federal compliance standards as well as internal markers of functionality and necessity. – Modernize student data management, streamline administrative processes, and provide a seamless, integrated experience for students, faculty and staff.– Ensure compliance and reporting automate regulatory reporting and internal compliance tracking (e.g., SAP).– Integrate Key Systems Create a connected ecosystem by integrating the SIS with the LMS and other critical third–party platforms HubSpot, Infinite Campus, Google Workspace.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
