Vendor needs to provide pop–up gathering space services. Services include developing a creative concept and design plan for the pop–up that meets programmatic requirements, procuring required physical pop–up elements (including the design and fabrication of any proposed custom components such as custom street furniture), implementing the design and fit–out of the pop–up space. The pop–up will transform an approximately 475 sq m area into a vibrant, community–centered public space for passive enjoyment, community engagement activities, education, and other programming. The concept should promote climate resilience, such as passive thermal comfort and urban heat mitigation. The vendor should propose a creative, innovative, and modular plan that accommodates future uses, perform a concise risk assessment with mitigation strategies, host a design workshop with stakeholders, develop a detailed logistics and implementation plan, and handle installation according to the plan.
