(1) Vendor needs to provide polling platform software license service– The Agency is seeking bid for an interactive presentation software licenses and/or interactive polling platform that will enable the region’s ability to conduct polls and surveys and gather data– Specifications:• Live and interactive polling, without requiring participants to download an app.• The ability to build presentations.• Multiple options for responses (e.g., multiple choice, free text).• The use on any smart device.• The ability to export results into excel and PDF.• The ability to allow unlimited participants.• Data analysis tools.• The ability to integrate with Office 365 products (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint).• The ability to easily gather data in smart surveys, before, during, and after meetings.• Multi annual renewal of up to 4 years for 10 licenses• Virtual delivery of license• Annual Support Services(2) The contract period will be for one year.
