Vendor needs to provide online hosting for four provincial police training courses and will develop and host a secure, custom–built Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training materials. Hosting and Maintenance: The Contractor shall host the four provincial police training courses, and up to five (5) police board training courses on its secure LMS, ensuring system availability and functionality. The Contractor shall update course materials when required by the Province. This includes, but not limited to, adding content as and when requested and provided by the Province, modifying, or deleting existing content as and when requested by the Province, up to a maximum of 100 updating hours allocated over the term of the agreement. User Management and Support: The Contractor shall facilitate secure registration, enrollment, and access to training content for all designated users, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Contractor shall provide technical support to designated users during regular working hours (Pacific Time). Integration with External Systems: The Contractor will work with agencies that use their own learning management systems to ensure provincial training courses and Police Board LMS are fully accessible and function seamlessly.
