(1) Vendor needs to provide police headquarters construction manager as agent services to the government authority located in Urbandale, IA. – Evaluate the project budget. – Develop a Construction Management plan including cost and time parameters, protocol, and a complete management information system. – In cooperation with the engineer, landscape architect, and architect, establish, monitor, and enforce a design and construction schedule. – Provide value engineering and constructability reviews. – Prepare project cost estimates for all design phases. – Assist in design document review and coordination. – Prepare bid documents, General Conditions, and Division I specifications. – Assist with the coordination of owner–provided items. – Analyze the construction market and promote projects to obtain maximum bid competition. – Develop a bid strategy that increases competition and supports the owner's goals for local contractors and suppliers or other groups and takes advantage of the owner's procurement options. – assist in receiving and evaluating bids. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
