(1) Vendor needs to provide police department real–time operations centre renovation services to the government authority located in Brookhaven, GA. – renovate the existing approximately 1,400 SF community meeting room within the police department facility to create a real–time operations centre. – Perform selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, doors, glazing, millwork, and MEP devices within the defined project limits in accordance with the drawings and specifications. – Protect existing adjacent construction, finishes, and active building systems that are to remain, including PD operations in neighbouring spaces; repair any damage caused by the Work. – Construct new metal stud and gypsum board partitions to create the operations area, breakout collaboration spaces, storage room, and any additional support spaces indicated in the documents. Install new doors, frames, and hardware to provide secure access to the suite, including required fire rated assemblies where indicated and appropriate door undercuts, seals, and thresholds. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 06, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 30, 2025.
