(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale and meal plan management system.– Cloud–hosted POS and meal plan management platform– Deliver a turnkey solution including hardware, software, implementation, maintenance, security, PCI compliance, integrations, training, and ongoing support.– Provide a unified POS and Meal Plan Management platform that services all agency Dining locations, including residential dining, campus retail locations, and concessions, with support for self–order kiosks and mobile ordering platforms.– Solution must support menu management, payment processing, meal plan management, comprehensive reporting, and integrations with existing systems– Integrate with required third–party systems– Provide comprehensive reporting, analytics, and inventory management– Support real–time transaction processing– Deliver a flexible, scalable platform suitable for future growth and technology changes(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting and site visit will be held on January 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
