DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a qualified podcast production partner to provide end-to-end support for the creation and distribution of the Growing Leaders podcast. This podcast features stories related to leadership, agricultural education, and personal development across the organization.
The selected vendor will be responsible for editing audio and video recordings of episodes—specifically refining Zoom recordings to remove errors, pauses, and technical issues, and delivering polished media ready for publication. Content enhancement tasks include the integration of photos, graphics, logos, lower-thirds, and branded elements into video editions, as well as the addition of episode title graphics. The contractor will also create one approximately 30-second promotional reel from each episode, formatted vertically for optimal performance on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Distribution responsibilities include uploading completed video episodes to the Foundation’s YouTube channel, and audio episodes to Spotify for Creators, ensuring that all publication details are correctly included.
