The selected vendor will provide comprehensive podcast content development services, starting with a discovery and strategy phase to define goals, target audiences, core messaging themes, and overall branding direction. The podcast aims to enhance community trust and engagement by offering transparent insights into contemporary policing practices.

Responsibilities include making technical recommendations on equipment, recording setup, editing workflows, hosting platforms, and distribution channels. The vendor will also advise on cross-promotion strategies utilizing social media, websites, email newsletters, and community partnerships. Additional requirements encompass developing the podcast concept, episode structure, content calendar, as well as supporting the launch strategy with marketing and promotional guidance. Guidance on naming, branding, and overall creative direction will also be essential.
