(1) Vendor needs to provide playground suppliers to the government authority located in SK.– Provide pricing, design options, a blueprint, photos, and a detailed schematic of the proposed playground.– Goods supplied must comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards, including accessibility requirements and recognized industry guidelines.– Excavation for 3" of drainage rock and two layers of geotextile fabric, or follow a division–approved drainage plan.– Play structures must be constructed from durable, high–quality, and non–toxic materials suitable for long–term outdoor use.– All personnel involved in design, delivery, installation, and inspection must hold appropriate certifications, training, and relevant experience.– Pre–installation checks must be completed to verify site readiness and compliance with all specifications.– Post–installation inspections must be conducted to confirm safety, quality, and adherence to all required standards.– Proponents must provide all required documentation, including blueprints, schematics, installation manuals, maintenance guidelines, and warranty information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
