The project includes furnishing and installation of a new playground and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing at Long Point State Park, together with associated site improvements, including new pedestrian walkways, lighting, site furnishings, landscape and parking lot improvements. The contract duration is 300 days after agreement approval.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be registered with the Bureau of Public Work and Prevailing Wage Enforcement
Must submit a digital copy of company registration certificate at bid opening
Must maintain a written policy addressing gender-based violence in the workplace
Must provide a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $59,850
Must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount
