(1) Vendor needs to provide platform user experience design services.– Provide responsive web design and user experience consulting services focused on two strategic platforms: Atlassian Jira and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Power Pages.– Evaluate and improve the structure and navigation of Jira for scalability, clarity and alignment with a future service management portal– Design intuitive workflows and interfaces that support current needs and enable scalability across departments– Confirm the effectiveness of the recent UX redesign and identify areas for refinement.– Design a seamless, accessible, and user–friendly login experience for public users accessing the Power Pages portal via Microsoft Entra ID.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
