(1) Vendor needs to provide planning department software. 1. Dynamic form builder:– Multi–page form capability with progress indicators.– Real–time form validation and error checking.– Ability to map GIS data to specific fields in form builder.– Ability to save forms as drafts and resume completion. 2. Document management and AI capabilities:– Document versioning and revision tracking.– Human–in–the–loop AI analysis of file uploads.– File moderation capabilities.– Automated file naming and organization. 3. Document generation:– Generating permits and certificates from project data.– Template–based document creation with dynamic data population.– Digital signature integration capabilities. 4. Integrated agenda management:– Ability to add specific files from each project to the agenda.– Real–time agenda updates and distribution. 5. Data management and visibility controls:– Data management settings to dictate which types of users can provide which types of data during project review process. 6. Application processing workflow:– Automatic routing based on application type and requirements.– Email notifications for status changes.
