(1) Vendor needs to provide planning and scheduling software. – Provide a comprehensive software solution to streamline and facilitate the scheduling of courses, campus events, and predictive course schedule/demand functionality. – A robust planning platform to include but not limited to providing strong room utilization analytics and predictive analysis. – Software will work in sync with Banner for official room assignments and changes to prevent double–booking. – Software should offer the capability of generating reports with the automated real–time data. – Course offerings analysis: to include double bookings, low enrollment courses, overbooked rooms (sections). – Contractor will provide comprehensive onboarding and technical support through its software portal. Contractor will offer the capability of creating specific customer service support tickets and will contact University to troubleshoot any technical problems. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
