Vendor needs to provide planning and interior design services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. • Space planning and interior design support services (Project). • Design services for optimization of office space, enhancing workspace functionality, and ensuring a modern, efficient, and safe environment for employees. • Administrative buildings, warehouse, shops, office trailers, water utility plants, pump stations, and laboratories. • Create layout designs that improve traffic flow, collaboration, future growth and individual workspace privacy. • Propose design solutions that incorporate sustainable practices and materials, with an emphasis on minimizing environmental impact • Facilitate effective communication between Valley Water project manager(s), furniture dealers, installers, and warehouses to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of space planning and furniture–related activities.
