The IOLA Fund is seeking a consultant to manage the planning, coordination, and operational support for a two-day, in-person Justice Infrastructure Summit in Summer 2027. The event is expected to host 200-220 attendees from 107 legal services grantee organizations. The contractor will be responsible for project management, agenda development, speaker coordination, venue logistics, and post-event reporting. The contract term is 6 to 9 months, concluding on August 31st, 2027.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be licensed to do business in New York State
Must hold Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance
Must have completed and certified a Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire in the last six months
