The procuring agency seeks a vendor to provide a robust, scalable, and institution-wide plagiarism detection and academic integrity platform. This solution will play a critical role in upholding academic integrity, enhancing student writing outcomes, and streamlining instructional workflows by reliably identifying unoriginal content, AI-generated writing, and other forms of academic misconduct across a variety of disciplines and submission types.

The platform must integrate seamlessly with the primary learning management system and support standalone usage. It should be capable of handling multi-campus configurations, offer comprehensive accessibility features for diverse learners, and comply with all relevant data privacy regulations, including FERPA and GDPR. Key required functionalities include detection of plagiarism, paraphrasing, text manipulation, translation plagiarism, and contract cheating—specifically addressing content generated by AI tools. In addition, the platform should support detailed reporting for instructors, integrated feedback mechanisms (such as inline commenting and rubrics), and administrative capabilities to aid grading, student engagement, and transparent instruction.
