Vendor needs to provide placemaking and events manager services. – Manages public art projects and beautification initiatives to ensure downtown remains welcoming, visually compelling, and economically vibrant. – Manages holiday lights implementation and season-long holiday placemaking activities. – Coordinates event planning. – Owns event volunteer recruitment, coordination, and support systems. – Supervises part-time event contractors. – Works closely with all partnership staff to achieve strategic goals and deliver high-quality results. – Builds strong relationships with business owners, city officials, and non-profit partners.
