An organization in Indiana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a physical access control system. The scope of work includes assigning an onsite technician to perform preventative maintenance and software sustainment, which covers regular software updates and necessary travel within the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for conducting thorough system inspections and operability checks to ensure the access control system maintains 100% operability and stability. Additionally, the vendor must verify that all existing hardware is compatible with the installed software and that all components are correctly installed. Providing ongoing software updates to the most current versions is also required under this contract.
