This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide software and services to upgrade for the Zoll Defibrillators. Required items include: CaseReview Subscription (1 Year, R Series and X Series, installed in premise, provides detailed resuscitation event data), Defibrillator Dashboard Subscription (1 Year, software for asset management and device readiness), and Deployment Support for ALS/BLS Software Solutions / Zenix Viewer Deployment. The RFI requests responses detailing vendor qualifications, size classification, whether they are a manufacturer/distributor, contract details, and capabilities with respect to providing equal or equivalent solutions that meet all required salient characteristics.
