(1) Vendor needs to provide PHP application Linux system hosting, migration and services. – The hosting services for the PHP hypertext preprocessor web application and data query tool. – Hosting providers with expertise in deploying and managing PHP applications on Linux servers. – Server hardware and network resources dedicated to hosting the data query tool and website must be sufficient to support the general public’s website use, such that the average external user would not notice any issues with the speed or responsiveness. – Provide a hosting environment for all required numeric data types for the data query tool to function. – The selected vendor shall be responsible for fully migrating the existing application, associated files, and all relevant data from the current vendor’s environment to the new hosting environment provided. – Database is 50 GB with over 250 million record to include 25% of growth up to 1TB of data. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
