The state of Kansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide hosting, migration, and ongoing services for a PHP web application and associated data query tool operating on Linux servers. The application includes a large database, currently at 50 GB with over 250 million records, and anticipated growth up to 1TB.

The selected provider will be responsible for deploying and managing the hosting environment, ensuring that server hardware and network resources are sufficient to maintain high speed and responsiveness for public users. The environment must properly support all numeric data types required by the data query tool.

A full migration of the current PHP application, all associated files, and relevant data from the existing hosting environment is required. The contract will have a five-year term, and vendors should have proven expertise in hosting and supporting high-traffic PHP applications on Linux infrastructure.
