The district is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for students and staff across all grade levels, from Pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade. Required services include individual student photos, senior portraits (preferably taken locally), classroom group photographs at the elementary level, as well as organized group photos of student activities such as sports teams, cheerleaders, clubs, band, orchestra, and dance team.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for capturing both individual and team athletic photographs, staff portraits for yearbook use, and producing identification cards for Frontline. Yearbook photo coverage for students and staff is also required. The contract for awarded services will span one year. Interested parties must submit all questions by April 13, 2026.
