The City is seeking qualified vendors to provide photography services for its annual dance event. The selected photographer must set up at least six picture stations, each staffed with ample personnel and equipment to manage picture-taking, payments, and traffic control. Photography must be continuous throughout the entire event, including breaks, and may extend up to 30 minutes after the event concludes. A solid or themed backdrop, complementing each year's dance theme, is required for every station.

Photographers will supply high-resolution digital files (minimum 300 ppi) within 14 days post-event, keeping them available to customers for at least 30 days. Customers will retain full rights to print, reproduce, and replicate their images for personal use. A customer concerns and complaints handling plan must be in place, and photographers are expected to demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and excellent customer service at all times while greeting and interacting with event attendees. The contract period is for one year, and all questions must be submitted by March 9, 2026.
