The contract will allow for multiple photography vendors, enabling campuses, departments, and organizations to choose from various providers based on their needs.

Vendors will need to supply electronic files of student portraits adhering to specific file formats and naming conventions. The scope of work also includes taking photos for banners, group and team photos, publications, prom books, and administrative picture books. The initial contract period is set for two years.
