Vendor needs to provide photography services to capture utility events, customer and employee moments, storms and power restoration, and industry–related activities. Photography services as needed to include on–site photography at events, consultation, image processing and image delivery. A pre–season discussion to review events, any specific shots needed, locations, dates, safety protocols and logistics. On–location photography services based on the calendar below and added hours and projects listed. Gathering, color correction and basic retouching of selected images. Delivery of final, high–resolution digital images via a secure online gallery or file transfer service. All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. A contract period will be for one year.
