(1) Vendor needs to provide photography services. • Provide photographic services, including video and drone services, on an on–call/as needed basis. • Produces a range of high quality print and digital materials, including website content, social media posts and campaigns, presentations and more. • Ability to provide any necessary editing, processing, and delivery of final photos or video to the county within one week of the date that the photos or videos are taken. • Public events, ceremonies, and conferences • Community events such as festivals, parades, flag raisings and memorials • Candid photography of hyper–local scenes, residents and businesses (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025
