A school is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for the academic year. The selected photography company will send at least three photographers on portrait day to capture student portraits. The company will be responsible for electronically preparing student information for the portraits. If photo cards are utilized, they must be sorted and delivered to the school one week in advance of picture day.

Proofs of student portraits, featuring two prints per student and clearly identifying each student's name and school, must be delivered to the school within two weeks of picture day. The vendor is expected to offer a minimum of four purchasing packages with various pricing and options for students and their families. All picture packages are to be delivered to the school within one month from the order pickup date.

In addition to portraits, the photographer will provide candid coverage at three pep rallies throughout the school year and capture action shots for one sports game each season. Teachers and staff will receive complimentary photo packages as part of the service.
