DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive photography and yearbook production services across multiple campuses, ensuring the ability to work simultaneously with different schools while adhering to campus-specific requirements, schedules, and quality standards.

Services include student portraits (individual, class, and group as applicable), staff and faculty portraits, senior portraits, special session photography, and coverage of school events, extracurricular activities, and athletic functions as requested by participating campuses. The vendor is expected to manage all aspects of yearbook design, layout assistance, printing, and timely delivery of finished yearbooks.

High-quality, consistent results are required for all schools involved, with the flexibility to accommodate each school’s unique needs and ongoing, responsive communication with school administrators and yearbook advisors throughout the academic year. The initial contract will be for a one-year period.
