(1) Vendor needs to provide photography and videography production services– PHOTOGRAPHY: Provide professional photography services on an “as needed” basis; that shall include, but is not limited to the following primary functions:– Photographing studio headshots– Providing editorial–style photography for tourism and promotional needs– Photographing either “live” or “staged” events– Photographing drone/aerial images– Photo editing services– Creation of the final needed product(s) and distribution of files PHOTOGRAPHY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:– Creation, design, and production services related to electronic media presentations– Capability for both in–house and on–location shooting– Availability of both online and non–linear editing– Availability of full–service photo production equipment– Must own or have access to professional camera, lighting, and drone equipment for on–location work VIDEOGRAPHY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:– Creation, design, and production services related to electronic media presentations– Capability for both in–house and on–location filming– Availability of both online and non–linear editing– Availability of full–service video production equipment (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 5, 2025.
