New Mexico is seeking experienced vendors to provide professional photography and videography production services to support tourism, events, and promotional activities across the state. Services will be offered on an as-needed basis and may include studio headshots, editorial-style photography for marketing campaigns, coverage of live or staged events, drone and aerial imagery, as well as comprehensive photo editing and final product delivery.

Vendors should be capable of creating, designing, and producing a variety of electronic media presentations. Requirements include the ability to conduct both in-house and on-location shoots, access to state-of-the-art professional camera, lighting, video, and drone equipment, as well as full-service editing capabilities—both online and non-linear. The contract period will span one year. Prospective vendors are encouraged to attend an optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for December 5, 2025, and submit any questions by December 9, 2025.
