The selected company will be responsible for producing photographs that meet rigorous standards, ensuring all images accurately represent the organization and are of the highest quality possible. Photographs must have a minimum resolution of 2000 x 3000 pixels or 6 megapixels with zero compression, though a resolution of 3000 x 4000 pixels or higher is preferred.

Vendors are required to use their own HD-quality cameras and professional editing software. All images will be edited to align with the agreed and approved requirements of the agency. At the conclusion of each assignment, the company must deliver a compelling selection of original JPEG or RAW images with complete, embedded captions in the metadata. In addition, the deliverables must include audio-balanced final products converted to formats suitable for television, social media, websites, and other online channels.

The company is also expected to ensure that appropriate branding and ownership credits are included in all produced videos and to archive both the edited outputs and a professional log of raw footage in digital format.
