A California agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional photographer and videographer services. The selected vendor will be responsible for the full range of photo and video services, including set-up, execution, and post-production.
Key tasks include capturing high-quality photos and videos of events and utility work in active work zones across cross-country terrain. The vendor should have on-call availability with an established lead-time notice and be equipped to deliver final photos and videos electronically in formats specified by the agency. All produced photos and videos will become the sole property of the agency.
The vendor will also be required to provide monthly accounting reports to the district. The contract term is one year.
