The Program Manager Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations, under the Marine Corps Systems Command, is seeking information from capable sources for the procurement of a photogrammetry software solution for the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System–Marine Corps (DCGS–MC) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Program of Record. This system supports imagery analysis, geospatial and geodetic production, and targeting material solutions necessary for the Marine Corps. The requested software must integrate with DCGS–MC GEOINT and provide geo-referenced data and products for battlespace visualization and command decision-making.

Potential vendors are encouraged to respond with technology solutions that meet the requirements outlined in the relevant attachment. Responses must specifically address the capabilities and experience related to photogrammetry operations within secure, multi-level, tactical geospatial intelligence systems.

Additional submission instructions and technical requirements are detailed in Attachment 01, which is available via secured request.

Best-fit vendors:

• Expertise in developing or integrating photogrammetry software solutions

• Proven experience with geospatial intelligence systems for defense or government clients

• Ability to comply with secure, multi-level data requirements
