(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy point of sale electronic claims management system.– Services for incorporation of Artificial Intelligence capabilities for the Medicaid Pharmacy Point–of–Sale services. – to gain familiarity with currently–marketed products and services for incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities for the Medicaid Pharmacy Point–of–Sale services. – Provide and recommendations for AI use in the following areas; – Call Center Facilitation and Support (e.g. Operations, Monitoring and Reporting). – CRM functionality and workflow automation. – Claims adjudication and fraud/waste/abuse detection. – Prior authorization automation and optimization. – Drug utilization review and clinical decision support. – Member and provider engagement (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants). – Predictive analytics for medication adherence and clinical outcomes. – Formularies, coverage policy management, and cost containment. – Reporting, analytics, and operational dashboards.
