The selected provider will be responsible for deploying a telehealth platform that enables remote monitoring, management, support, and real-time reporting of all endpoints and live calls. The solution must ensure ease of access by allowing both staff and the public to join video conferences from any device.

Security is a key requirement, including end-to-end call encryption for all call types and support for Single Sign-On for staff authentication. Additional features should include robust call signaling and routing controls, endpoint registration and management, live call monitoring, meeting host controls to remove participants, and responsive support services.

The scope also involves launching the solution in a production environment, actively monitoring its performance, and promptly resolving operational issues as they arise. Required deliverables include a comprehensive go-live checklist and a warranty support log.
