The state of Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide petition management software designed for the signature verification and electronic review of election petitions. The desired system must support scanning petitions using multiple scanners, offer dashboard, auditing, and reporting tools, and allow remote administrator access for efficient management of the petition review process.

The software must be capable of loading and processing multiple petitions and supporting various petition types. It should also enable users to import voter registration and signature data through daily supplemental files, and facilitate batch scanning of petition pages on any number of scanners. The contract will include a system license, as well as ongoing support and maintenance. The initial contract period is one year.
