A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive pet food brand marketing services in Alaska. The engagement includes the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for a pet food brand, development and updates to seafood pet food communication plans, and the production of marketing collateral such as photography, visuals, and targeted copy. The vendor will also be responsible for managing digital assets via uploads to an online asset library.

Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to analyze pet food consumer behavior and purchasing trends, generating a logo beta test report detailing desirability and price premium metrics, and compiling post-event reports with trade leads and exhibitor outcomes. The scope also covers advertising creative development and placements in major pet food publications, as well as executing a public relations campaign with press releases and outreach initiatives. The selected vendor is expected to provide timely reporting to ensure compliance with federal funding requirements. The contract will span one year.
