Essential system functions include support for comprehensive workflows, allowing a Security Coordinator to enter applicant data, electronic process verification, and automation of verification steps. The system must enable applicants to save incomplete entries and resume data input at a later time, while tracking and logging all user activities related to specific cases.

Additional requirements include robust error handling and identification of missing mandatory information, native integration with Microsoft Entra ID for Single-Sign On, secure internal communications, and intuitive dashboard functionality. The selected solution will underpin critical personnel security operations throughout the contract term.
