(1) Vendor needs to provide personnel security screening application.– Agency is seeking a commercially available secured Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution to manage and automate security screening processes– The System must automate the parts of the process managed internally by agency and integrate seamlessly with external partner organizations that support the screening process. • The System must meet the following requirements– Two (2) fully configured cloud–based SaaS PSSA environments– The PSSA must be a SaaS accessible from the internet– The SaaS environment must be hosted on a minimum of two servers which are geographically redundant– The System must support workflows– The System must allow for a Security Coordinator to enter the data on the applicant’s behalf in cases where the applicant is unable to complete information on the System.– The System must provide an electronic process– Verification Automation– The System must allow an applicant to save partially complete data and be able to return to complete the data entry later– The System must track and log activities that occur within the System for a specific case.– The System must provide error handling and identify missing information for mandatory fields.– The System must support native authentication with Microsoft Entra ID user accounts and Single–Sign On.– The System must provide a secure means for internal (within the system) communication.– The System must incorporate the dashboards (2) The contract period will be for three years.
