The selected vendor will deliver targeted consulting services focused on enhancing personal branding and communication for a Croatian agency. The contract includes conducting a workshop on effective personal branding and communication, in addition to providing ten days of consulting designed to increase the agency's visibility and influence.

This initiative aims to improve the productivity and competitiveness of Croatian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by fostering the adoption of modern business practices. The project involves a five-week training program that covers topics such as artificial intelligence, leadership, sector-specific skills, sustainability, and business financing. Furthermore, in Phase II (SkillUp Club), advanced resources and capacity building will be provided through an invitation-only initiative for the highest-performing Bootcamp graduates.
