(1) Vendor needs to provide person with disabilities home modifications services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – Before beginning construction at the client’s residence, the contractor must provide, to the counsellor, a copy of the building permit and any other necessary permits for home modification. – The final invoice must be accompanied by the Certificate of occupancy from the Town Building Inspector.
