(1) Vendor needs to provide permitting system design service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Provide professional services to support the successful design and launch of a new permitting system. – Based on the service blueprints, design a supporting solution architecture. – Develop a deep understanding of permitting needs and translate that research into a world-class, accessible, and efficient user experience by leveraging research and related methodologies. – Analyze and document all existing permitting workflows identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification. – Develop the permitting platform's Information Architecture (IA), sitemap, and navigation models based on the completed user research. – Develop high-fidelity, interactive mock-ups and prototypes that are built from and are fully consistent with the design system. – Provide comprehensive project management, governance, and communication services to ensure the successful and timely implementation of the designed solution. – These services will include user research and service design, technical architecture design, project management, and creating a framework for continuous improvement of the platform after launch. – Develop detailed service blueprints that map the end-to-end service experience. – Establish a framework for post-launch support, data analysis, and iterative improvement to ensure the system evolves. (2) Pre-bid conference will be held on January 14, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
