(1) Vendor needs to provide permitting solution to the government authority located in city. – Electronic Permitting Solution (EPS) with comprehensive end–to–end capabilities for the creation, intake, processing, approval, issuance, activity tracking, and right–of–way (RoW) access management of permit types. – Solution architecture must be scalable, flexible, and capable of supporting the addition of new permit types or workflow modifications to existing processes without requiring extensive redevelopment. – Provide a comprehensive bill–of–materials for all elements of solution delivery including license, discovery, design, development, deployment, testing, administration, training and reporting. – Solution supports automated notifications, status tracking, guidance for applicants, and user–friendly permit submission flows. – Identity access management systems. – Reporting tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Looker. – Mapping services or geospatial components such as ESRI and ArcGIS. – Hosted and local databases and ETL tools. – RoW access coordination and QA tracking.
