The vendor will provide services to furnish and install permanent walk-in variable message signs and auxiliary control panels. The work includes fiber optic cable initial ribboning, buffering, fiber stranding, and jacketing.

The scope also includes processing and fabrication of non-ferrous metals, from initial smelting or melting through final shaping, coating, and assembly, as well as the initial combination of plastic, polymer-based, or composite materials through their final form.

The vendor will design sign structures and drilled shaft foundations, then furnish and install the structures at the locations identified in the plans.
